Lockouts

We currently have 12 lockout rooms of various sizes, from 81 sqft to 270 sqft. Month to month and long term leases available. Our rooms have 10" thick walls, using premium materials such as Mass Loaded Vinyl, solid core wood doors, floor to ceiling 33" bass traps, premium sound panels, and multiple 20a breakers per room. Whether you are looking to practice or record, our rooms are built to demanding standards.
